Bridget Vaglio completed her 200hr RYT at Metrowest in 2016 and has practiced/trained under Shawn Shaw, Theresa Murphy, Ray Mucci, Cindy Boulter, and Sarah Allard. She has completed additional trainings in meditation, prenatal, arm balances, and student assisting. Bridget has since taught in a variety of settings including gyms, rock climbing training facilities, colleges, karate dojos as well as yoga studios.
Since 2008, she has been a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant and has worked in inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics and nursing home settings.
As an avid rock climber and runner, Bridget initially tried yoga as a way to cross train and recover from injury. She was drawn to not only to the physical aspect of the practice, but to the mindfulness and meditative components that began permeating her life off the mat. Class structure is sequenced with a strong focus on anatomy while weaving in threads of wisdom from a mindfulness practice.
In addition to practicing yoga, Bridget loves the outdoors, attending concerts, traveling, reading, making stained glass and hiking with her husband and two children.
