Doreen is devoted to being a part of a conscious community. She is known for incorporating multi-faceted principles to her yoga practice and teachings, balancing the ever-moving qualities of the body as a whole system for optimal health and clarity. Her classes are often explorative and playful, leaving the student with the gift of inner peace and expanded self-awareness. Her goal is to lead the student through immersive and transformational experiences, that can lead to a level of expansion and personal power. She has an inviting energy that offers a kindhearted connection towards her students.
Her yogic styles include traditions of vinyasa, hatha, kundalini, meditation, pranayama, and ayurvedic principles. Having a lifelong belief of living on purpose and in service, she is currently involved in yoga informed recovery coaching to lead people suffering addiction to a path of yoga, meditation, and healthy lifestyle.
Doreen is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher who received her RYT200 certification in Worcester in 2017, and her advanced training at The Kripalu School of Yoga in 2020. She has also studied an additional 300 hours from the Kripalu School of Ayurveda.
When Doreen is not practicing or teaching, she enjoys spending time with her beloved family and dogs, mobility and strength training, traveling, and running a business that advocates for climate change resiliency planning, leading local communities through climate action and mitigation plans throughout the Commonwealth.
