Gina Mandella is a passionate yoga and meditation instructor, with over 20 years of movement experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Dance/Psychology from Roger Williams University and has intently studied yoga for over 6 years.
Upon graduation Gina danced professionally at Hershey Park, and eventually began a dance instruction career. In 2016, she received her 200 hr teacher training certification at Metrowest Yoga. Gina holds the distinguished E-RYT, demonstrating an extensive dedication through her teaching hours. Gina continues to grow as a student and expand her knowledge of yoga through workshops, classes, and a deep somatic home practice. Gina will be beginning an 800hr Yoga Therapy training in January 2024.
Gina’s style is a therapeutic yet challenging yoga flow, with elements and influences from many styles of yoga and dance. Each class she invites students to be curious with themselves, and to have an inner relationship using intention, mantra, movement, and the 8 limbs of yoga. She considers every yoga class a moving meditation, and hopes each student leaves her class with tools to navigate life with compassion and kindness towards themselves and those around them.
