Kris Collins has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years. She completed her RYT-200 hour training in 2020 and has been teaching consistently since then. Kris credits yoga with helping her stay grounded and centered during challenging times. Her practice “off the mat” is what brings her to the mat daily. Kris teaches Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow, Yin, and Yoga Nidra. Kris helps her students find balance, flexibility, and strength with her thoughtfully planned classes that are playful and fun!
When not practicing or teaching yoga, Kris is a behavior specialist who works with students with disabilities; she uses her knowledge of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and breathing to help her students stay calm and in control during times of stress. Kris enjoys spending time with her amazing husband, two beautiful sons and dogs, outdoor activities, reading, traveling, and learning new things.
