This foundational yoga teacher training is designed for anyone ready to deepen their yoga practice, whether you plan to teach or simply want to grow. Many students join with the goal of becoming a certified yoga teacher; others are focused on self-development, embodiment, or understanding yoga more deeply.
Graduating from this 200-hour yoga certification program allows you to register as a Yoga Alliance RYT-200, which is recognized worldwide. This means you’ll be qualified to teach yoga classes in studios, gyms, corporate wellness programs, online platforms, and more.
While this yoga teacher training program is designed for in-person learning in Worcester, MA, and we encourage this as much as possible, we understand that flexibility matters. Some students opt for a hybrid or partially virtual path when needed. We do highly recommend attending in person when possible, as the community and hands-on learning are central to the experience. Reach out if you're considering a hybrid option and we can talk through what’s possible.
