Wen Ting started her yoga journey at 16 while exploring movement styles that complement her more intensive dance practice. Yoga has been tremendously healing for her, and she enjoys creating new flows to challenge the body and mind.
Having benefitted from the practice for a long while, she enrolled herself in a yoga teacher training course in Rishikesh, India in 2022. She has been teaching in Singapore since and has shared the practice at different universities. She also incorporated her understanding of anatomy from her dance background with her yoga teaching practice.
A strong believer of breathwork, Wen Ting incorporates deep, intentional breathing into her practice. Doing so allows her to listen to her body better and only deepen her poses when her body invites her to. She enjoys sharing about the ways yoga can complement other exercises and fitness goals.
Having taught yoga to kids, young adults and elderly, her yoga practice is centred on versatility and self love - finding possibilities for different bodies and appreciating the body and breath on the mat.
