Join us for a 4-week Yoga en Español series with Angie, where we’ll flow at a steady, comfortable pace with mindful breath, gentle strength, and easeful transitions. Most of the class is guided in Spanish, with English support woven in - so you can settle in, follow along, and simply be in your body.
This class is for everyone, native Spanish speakers, language learners, and anyone who enjoys a bilingual experience. Whether you’re brand new or returning to your mat, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
We’re offering this series as pay-what-you-can, because access matters. You’re welcome to contribute what feels right, or just come as you are.
