A comprehensive yoga education rooted in practice, philosophy, embodiment, and thoughtful teaching.
Guided by a collaborative faculty of four experienced teachers.
Whether you feel called to teach or simply deepen your understanding of yoga, this program offers a structured and transformative path of study.
Learn from 4 experienced teachers and educators with 75+ years of collective teaching, each bringing distinct teaching styles, lineages and backgrounds. Through multiple perspectives, you are invited to explore the depth of yoga and discover that there is no single way to practice, teach or understand the path.
Honoring the roots of tradition and history while bridging modern science and modern times. Explore the inquiry, how can I practice, study and share yoga in a way that honors where it comes from?
The study of yoga is one beyond the thinking mind - it involves embodying the teachings. This program provides a container to study through logic and thinking as well as feel into the teachings and sense the innate wisdom from within.
Not just focused on asana (postures). A balanced teaching of yoga, exploring from gross/physical/tangible to subtle/sensed/unseen aspects. Touching on the many ways into the practice like movement, stillness, breath, mantra, self-inquiry, study, meditation, discipline, action, service, love, compassion.
Connect, learn and grow alongside fellow practitioners and lovers of yoga. Meet and discuss weekly with your Sangha (yoga community) to support each other in the process. Receive dedicated feedback and mentorship from faculty to support your learning.
Compassionate inquiry into how the teachings take shape within you. Support in exploring how do you want to share yoga. Attune to your own unique perspective and voice.
More than learning to teach, this program is an opportunity to grow in body, mind and heart and live the practice.
