The Year of Study is a year-long learning experience offered through the River & Stone Yoga Institute (RSYI). It’s designed for students who love workshops and are craving more continuity, depth, and space to integrate yoga beyond the mat.
This is an invitation into sustained study, a steady arc of learning held with care, intention, and community.

Asana, anatomy, and embodiment
Exploring sustainable movement, functional anatomy, and embodied experience.

Philosophy, lineage, and inquiry
Engaging foundational texts, yogic history, ethics, and meaning-making beyond physical practice.

Living the practice beyond the mat
Applying yoga to daily life, relationships, service, reflection, and integration.
