Reading Circles are a supportive, low-pressure space for shared inquiry and conversation. Each month includes a selected book or reading connected to the area of study and overall themes of the Year of Study.
There is no expectation to read the entire book. Participants are welcome to read as much or as little as feels supportive for them in a given month. The intention is not completion, but engagement, reflection, and dialogue.
Reading Circles are designed to feel spacious and accessible, offering an opportunity to learn alongside others without pressure or hierarchy, and to let ideas unfold organically over time.

A core element of the Year of Study is consistent mentorship and community connection. In addition to workshops and reading circles, participants are supported through the year by dedicated mentors who help hold the arc of learning, reflection, and integration.
Mentors are experienced teachers and facilitators who serve as guides and points of continuity throughout the Year of Study. Their role is not to evaluate or instruct in a traditional classroom sense, but to:
Mentorship is designed to complement the workshops by offering a relational container for the work to deepen over time.
Mentor support includes:
Participants are invited to attend bi-monthly mentor meetings, offered in two time options to support accessibility and consistency.
Additional communication and updates related to mentor meetings and group discussions will be shared throughout the year via email.
These gatherings are an important part of the Year of Study experience, offering space to pause, reflect, ask questions, and learn alongside others in the program.

Enrollment in the Year of Study is a commitment to ongoing practice, reflection, and shared inquiry across the year. Participants receive access to all workshops, reading circles, mentorship and community gatherings included in the program.
Space is limited to support a thoughtful learning environment.
A payment plan is available, for a total program investment of $800, with quarterly payments of $200.
(Initial payment, May 1, August 1, Deember 1)
