Cody discovered yoga while seeking out new ways to move and maintain a healthy mindset during his years as a competitive dancer. Through yoga he fostered an in depth connection to his body and mind and found movement with purpose.
Cody’s classes focus on exploring the sensations of the body and mind all while cultivating a connection between the two. Expect to find a focus on breath work, meditation and a blend of strength and release based movement highlighting the importance of honoring yourself within your practice on and off the mat.
He is a 200 hour RYT holding certifications in Trauma Informed Yoga and Sound Healing. Cody also has experience teaching dance and is trained in Barre and HIIT style workout classes. He enjoys sourcing from many areas of movement and mindfulness to create well rounded experiences rooted in intention while honoring the principles and values of yoga.
